I am 26 years old and currently reside in the beautiful city of Charleston, SC. I moved in July of 2015 to do a year of service with AmeriCorps. It was a scary decision, but the best decision I have ever made. The Lord placed it on my heart to serve and love people of my community and I have had many opportunities to do just that. Six months into my year of service I realized my purpose is to not only serve Jesus, but serve His people. I stand up for what I believe in and seek social change within our society.
